1. Total management encompassing all areas from bookings to the servicing and maintenance of the holiday home before, during and after a holiday let.
2. Summer only management: This is where the property is totally managed by APM Ltd for the holiday period, with the property reverting to the care of the owner during the Off Season/Winter months.
3. Bookings only service; This is where the holiday home is not managed by APM Ltd and merely booking are sought for the property.
